Pachamanca is a traditional Peruvian dish cooked by putting food in a big hole in the ground and covering it with hot stones. It is usually made during holidays or birthdays and we had the opportunity to have Pachamanca with our host family in Lima. Despite its rustic nature, it's actually quite delicious!
